All items are shipped fully insured. Signature is required upon delivery. Free shipping fully insured via UPS GROUND or USPS. UPS 2nd day, USPS Priority Mail or Overnight shipping methods are available and charged to customer upon request.

If shipping to a PO BOX, we will ship registered and fully insured via USPS or UPS. California Sales Tax is collected on all items shipped within the state of California. We do not collect sales tax on items shipped out of California.
Most international orders will ship via FedEx Priority International. We can also ship via USPS upon request. Buyer is responsible for all customs and duty fees. Please check with your local office prior to making any international purchases.

For domestic orders, we accept returns for full refund (minus shipping & insurance) only for standard items purchased online. Items must be in original condition (not worn, sized, engraved, set, or altered in any way). We do not accept returns or exchanges on any special orders. All returned items must be received by Coby Madison Jewelry, within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Please call to speak with jewelry consultant prior to returning merchandise, to request a Return Authorization #. Packages shipped to us without a Return Authorization # will be returned to sender unopened. All returned merchandise should be mailed registered and fully insured.
